Accountable publisher
APTITUDE TESTER is the publisher responsible for content maintenance and correction decisions. This is a brand attribution; it does not identify a named subject expert or claim that a particular number of people reviewed a question. For publisher enquiries, use Contact us.
What we publish
We publish independent aptitude lessons, original employer-skill teaching exercises, topic practice and model papers. These are not official employer questions. Provider format facts, where included, link to the provider and carry a checked date. Use your actual assessment invitation for official timing, permitted aids and scoring.
AI assistance and review limits
AI tools assist with drafting, explanations, code and checks. AI assistance is not expert certification. New priority-topic sets have dated development review records and answer-key checks. Numerical exercises are recalculated, deductive examples use finite-model checks where appropriate, and verbal explanations identify evidence or missing information. Difficulty labels describe teaching steps; they are not calibrated ability bands. The full older question database has not completed a corpus-wide correctness, ambiguity or duplication review.
Read dated content review scopes and recorded changes for the priority-topic sets. The record states which material was checked and what remains outside its scope.
Before publication
- Check the prompt, supplied data, units, answer options and explanation together.
- Recalculate the key or test the stated logical constraints; look for a second defensible answer.
- Check that the source passage or table contains the required information and that wording does not add an unstated assumption.
- Check links, question references, scoring and the relevant learner route.
- Record the scope and limits of the check without inventing reviewer names or qualifications.
Report and review a correction
- Use a question’s “Report this question” link or the correction form. Include the source page, reference and reasoning.
- A saved report receives a receipt reference and enters the private administration queue. Receipt does not confirm an error.
- The publisher reviews the issue against the exact question and records whether a change is needed. Ambiguous or unsupported questions may be revised or removed.
- A report is marked corrected only after the saved fix and explanation have been verified. Closing without a change requires a reason. A closed report can be reopened.
- Review decisions retain dated notes and a revision history. Private report text is not automatically published.
Question references are based on prompt and passage content and can change when those are rewritten. The source page URL provides the stable location. Reports from local saved questions may need an excerpt for identification.
Timing and contact
There is no guaranteed review turnaround. Anonymous reports do not collect reply details. For a follow-up, quote the receipt reference through Contact us. Do not submit private assessment materials or personal data in a correction report.
