About the model papers

A topic test lets you practise one topic. A model paper combines skills so you can review how you manage a longer attempt. Our model-paper settings allow 90 seconds per question, award one mark for a correct answer and deduct 0.25 for a wrong answer. Their sections, time and marks are practice conventions; they do not establish your readiness for, or match every stage of, an official examination.

The six papers labelled SBI, IBPS, RRB and SSC use different selections from our shared reviewed teaching bank: 40 quantitative, 35 reasoning and 25 English questions per paper. They share some questions with one another, topic practice and our other mock tests. Repeated exposure can raise a practice score; these are not statistically equivalent forms or independent measurements of ability. Their historical examination names identify the existing pages, not verified syllabus coverage. General awareness is not included in these six skill forms.

Take a paper in one sitting, on the exam-style screen, without looking at the answers. The report then gives your score section by section, so you can see which section pulled your total down and go back to its topics. The papers are prepared for practice and are not official papers of any examining body.

Model papers: questions people ask

Are the model papers free?

Yes. Every model paper is free, with answers and solutions, and there is no registration.

How are the model papers different from the topic tests?

A topic test has questions from one topic. A model paper combines sections such as Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability and English Language, and its report gives a section-wise score. Its practice settings are not guaranteed to match an official examination.

Are these official papers?

No. These are independent mixed skill papers with our own timing, sections and scoring. They are not official papers or verified reproductions of a current bank PO or clerk examination.

Is there negative marking?

Rules vary by set. The rules screen shows the time limit, marks, any wrong-answer penalty and calculator permission before you begin. Feedback mode has no time limit or negative marking.
