    4. 8.45 minutes

Reference: q-56754212-56 · Report this question

    Show answer and solution

    Answer: A. 5.45 minutes

    The hands meet at 60H/11 = 60×1/11 = 5.45 minutes past 1.
  3. 3. At what minutes past 3 o'clock will the hands be opposite?
    1. 46.36 minutes
    2. 45.36 minutes
